Proceeds from The Greyhound Gala 2010 Program will go to our Broken-legged Greyhound Fund.
Unlike many groups, Greyhound Friends of New Jersey never turns away a greyhound in need. So far in 2010, nine greyhounds have come to us with legs broken in their last race. We believe every greyhound deserves a good life and we do all we can to ensure that philosophy. But, orthopedic surgery and follow up medical attention is expensive, an average of $2,000 per dog!
