Winston is not a greyhound but he is a sweet hound mix who found himself in a shelter in the South. We received a dire request from the shelter staff to rescue this sweet boy before he was PTS the very next day. How could we say "no" to this sweet face? Winston is approximately 1.5 years old and a real love bug. We are happy to be able to extend our hands to some very needy and deserving hounds. Winston is such a good dog that he was used at the shelter as a temperament test dog for other dogs at the shelter.  The shelter staff was so happy when we said that we would take him when the transport could be arranged that they called it a "Christmas miracle for Winston."
