Elle is the sweetest little girl who came from South Korea--she really is a peanut who needs some TLC. She had a very bad start and life there. When she was rescued she was so sad and broken and had a right rear leg limp. the Korean veterinarian examined her and took X-rays. It seems that her Achilles Tendon was cut (probably deliberatley) and although it was surgically repaired it left her with a significant limp. She was placed into a loving foster home in South Korea (see picture below) where she started to thrive again. We are happy and privileged to have been able to bring Elle to GFNJ. Her leg and overall condition is being evaluated to see what can be done for her leg. She will need to gain some weight and stamina before surgery can be done. We are in need of a foster home for this special girl. Elle is 4 years old and cat tolerant with supervision.  Elle's adoption donation is $500 to help to defray the high cost of travel and many other expenses.
