Angel is a very beautiful and special girl who we recently were privileged to welcome to the GFNJ family from Qatar. While in Qatar and while she was pregnant, she was shot in the leg which eventually became infected. Once Angel had her puppies the veterinarian decided the best thing to do was to amputate her very injured leg. So, now she is a tripod who maneuvers pretty well. She was living in a foster type compound with other dogs and is good with cat.  She is on the shy side.  We are very fortunate that Marcus Van Gorden who owns Holistic K9 Solutions in Philadelphia and who has himself several rescued Salukis from the Middle East has offered to foster Angel. He will work with her to build her strength and confidence and live with his two rescued Salukis until she is ready for adoption. We are very grateful to Marcus for his dedication and generosity. Angel's adoption fee is $500 to help to defray the high cost of travel to the USA.
