Rachel is a beautiful little girl who recently arrived from China and is a meat trade survivor. She can be a little reserved at first but loves attention and will easily be your best friend.  Rachel is on the small side, about 40 to 44 pounds having come from China we don't know her full heritage but she's all sweetness.  Rachel is in a foster home and doing well. She's cat tolerant with supervision.
