Tommy is a wonderful dog full of personality! He wakes me up every morning with a big greyhound smile. He enjoys being part of our everyday routine. He crates well and is housebroken. He even knows how to sit for pats and treats. He loves everyone he meets. Tommy is a gorgeous, well behaved, and loving! Tommy was returned from his home for no fault of his own. Tommy just turned 6 in May. He is cat tolerant with supervision.

Two Toned Tommy was in a foster home in Florida before we welcomed him to Greyhound Friends. His Floridian foster family said "Don't be fooled by my Adonis physique. I was a Yorkie in a previous life and am darn glad to get back to trying to be a lap dog now that I'm a retired racer....I am very friendly and fun loving. I adore attention.....and was fostered with cats, greys and a labrador"
GFNJ is fortunate to include this striking, friendly and sweet boy into our Family. He is 4 years old and cat tolerant with supervision.
FOSTER HOME UPDATE 11/6/2008:

You won’t find a more affectionate dog than Tommy. This gorgeous boy would make a great therapy dog or companion as he is very bright, outgoing and loves to please. Given the chance, he will climb into your lap and cuddle with you. He walks great on a leash, goes up and down stairs without effort and ignores the cats. Tommy is very adaptable; he would thrive as the only dog or if he was placed with other dogs.
