Look at those cute, floppy ears! Run Down Rusty is a very handsome boy who is very sweet and friendly. He would enjoy a fenced yard where he can romp and play. He was curious about everything that we were doing--what a cutie! This 3 year old is not good with cats. Rusty is in the Prison Foster Program, having a great time.
