Tengo is an Irish greyhound that was born in Spain but his parents were brought  from Ireland t Spain.  He is approx. 2 years old and was handed to a shelter, Galgos del Sol as he would not  race. Tengo is a sweet soul, negative for disease, loves other dogs, friendly with people and just a complete babe.

GFNJ was happy to be able to welcome Tengo in our family. 

Foster Update:

I guess regardless of whether they are from the USA, Ireland or Spain, a sight hound is a sight hound and Tengo is no exception.  He lies to spend his time roaching on a dog bed or in the crate with the doo open.  He is very food motivated and eager to please.  He wants to play but just hasn't grasped the concept yet.  If he is laying on a dog bed and sees you coming, his tail starts to gently wag and h rolls on his back for you to rub his belly.  Tengo is super sweet and loving.
