Alex:  Alex is so sweet and loveable.  He is such a sweet and gentle soul of a grey.  He wags his tail with such happiness.  He has adapted well to his new retirement.  He was neutered on Tuesday and did just fine.  He is learning to walk on the leash and I think a few more times and he will be a pro.  He has shown little to no interest in the cats/dachsunds.  He loves the kids, ages 5 thru 14.  He has mastered stairs, which he pretty much did the fist day he got here.  He sleeps on his doggy bed by the other greys at night.  Lex and his foster brother, Cap, are still getting used to their new schedule.    Lex likes to lounge and then play around with his blankets or chase after Cap when he is in the backyard with the soccer ball.  He is so sweet and gentle and loves to give little kisses.  He is a gentle love bug.   I have left the house for a couple hours at a time over the last week and there was no problem.
