Atascocita Kia is a petite cutie who is very happy and friendly. She is very affectionate and would wrap her whole little body around a volunteer's legs for affection.  She's a leaner and seems to have a zest for life. We commented today that it looks like she is always smiling. Kia turned 2 in February.  She is cat workable in that she could be directed and distracted away from the cat.
Foster Update
Kia (Ki-ki) has been here for 1 week and is a wonderful “ house guest”. She is very friendly and one of the happiest dogs I have ever had the pleasure of fostering. Whenever she wakes up, she acts as if she hasn’t seen you for days. The tail is always wagging. She is gaining confidence daily with walking on the hardwood floors. She is house broken and corrects well. She is a very curious girl, very puppy like. Kia is living with 2 dogs (grey and non-grey) and loves romping around the yard with them. She also is living with 3 children, 11 and 2 two year olds. Nothing seems to spook her. The toddler noises don’t bother at all nor does the sound of artillery fire at the nearby Base. She does follow me around mostly, but she just loves her “people”. She really is a love. She will be an EXCELLENT addition to any family.
